On Thursday, August 16, 2012, I walked into your store carrying my husbands wedding band and an extremely heavy heart. My husband of almost 15 years of marriage had passed away at the young age of 35.
I was at a loss for words and through tears explained to the girl that he had passed and that I wanted to size his ring so it would now fit me. Not only did she put a rush on the order so that I could have it for his funeral, when I went to pick it up, another girl gave it to me, and with tears in her eyes said "there's no charge." His ring looked as beautiful as it did 15 years ago!! In May you helped me create a beautiful anniversary band for me- I wear it proudly. I will forever be a customer and I appreciate the love that has been shown.

I have been using Glenn Fisher Jewelry store for quite some time. I have always been pleased with the finest customer service you can find. They sell only quality jewelry and stand behind what they sell. You can be assured that you have bought a lasting piece from this store. I have always taken repairs to them as well, and again you get your jewelry back right the first time. Also, they do the repair work there with their own jeweler, so you can rest assured your jewelry will not be lost because it always remains in the store, with only a few exceptions such as watches. But even the watches that they send out are closely monitored so someone always knows where they are at. This says a lot in the times we have today when so many of the chain stores send your valuables thru the mail to a warehouse to be worked on and even though they are insured, who wants the insurance money, you want your original valuables returned.
As of recent I purchased a bracelet that was too big for me and they offered to make it shorter, giving me credit for the piece of gold to be taken out, and even better they still can get the same bracelet in a smaller size. The smaller size is the route that I went and within a few days they had it. Also, they told me they buy gold back just like chains but you can believe them what they are paying you that they are truly giving you what your used, broken jewelry is worth. No worrying that they are ripping you off at only giving you a fraction of what it is worth. Again, you feel safe and secure shopping here. The amount of gold my broken jewelry brought in almost paid for my new bracelet.
I can't even express how happy I have been with Glenn Fisher for over 20 years. You will not be sorry if you shop with them.

When I was younger, my mother always went to Fishers to have her jewelry checked and cleaned. So, it wasn't much of a decision on my part to go anywhere else. I have always been treated as a friend and never as "just another customer". My husband had a piece of jewelry designed by Fishers when we got married. Since then I have had many pieces of jewelry redesigned to fit my needs. Recently I had to order a medical ID alert for my grandson. After comparing prices- you guessed it- Fishers gave me the best deal (they also listened to the back story!)

In June of 1954 I started working at Firestone Synthetic on Wilbeth Road. A co-worker and I quickly discovered Glenn Fisher's on Manchester Road.
We bought many pieces of jewelry there (something was always in layaway)! One day, February 11, 1959 I was surprised with a beautiful engagement ring, from Fisher's, of course!
One year later, April 30, 1960 I got the matching wedding ring which I still wear fifty-two years later.
Upon coming to your store recently, we find it still to be the friendly, accommodating store it always was. We wish you much success and will continue to use your services. ~Vi

Dear Customers and Future Customers of Glenn Fisher Jewelry:
I have been a customer for nearly 30 years. I can't tell you how satisfied I am with Glenn Fisher Jewelry. They have always sold me quality jewelry, which lasts for years and still looks as good as the first day I purchased it. My wife loved jewelry and she would see something in a department store, she would buy what she saw. And of course usually several days later it would break, not latch, lose a stone, etc.... We would then return to the department store and I would take her out to Glenn Fishers and let her pick something out there. Which of course the jewelry we purchased is still in perfect condition. Sometimes she loved what she bought while she was out and when we went to Glenn Fishers they didn't have anything similar. Well guess what, they would pull out their jewelry books, listen to what my wife was looking for and let her pick something close form the books, they would even order a couple of items and let her choose, without any obligation if she didn't want any of it. How many jewelry stores do that today?
I also have shopped there for myself, again a great quality product from rings to watches. Always happy to help in any way. I have taken many items there for batteries, or even to be sized. Which brings me to another great point. Glenn Fishers does all of their repairs right there on premises. This is such a wonderful service, as many jewelry stores send their repairs, and rings to be sized, out to another company to be done, sending your valuables thru the mail system. Glenn Fishers does not; they do quality work at an affordable price never letting your valuable jewelry leave the store. As of recent they take a photograph of what you are leaving, so there is no mistake in getting the correct jewelry back to you.
I highly recommend Glenn Fishers because of their expertise, quality of the jewelry they sell and their professional and enthusiastic attitude. Most of the employees have been there for years, so you always see the same faces whenever you go in. They are definitely a step above any chain and department store jewelry counters.

The soul purpose of this testimonial is to win the $500 gift certificate...Seriously, I wish to express my appreciation to the employees of Glenn Fisher Jewelry.
Ten years ago or more I received a Harley-Davidson watch. On the face was the Harley-Davidson logo with letters glued on the face. Thru the years letters would come loose and float around under the crystal. Some came loose on their own and some with my help.
I could not find anyone willing to put these letters back on until I went to Glenn Fisher Jewelry. I was met there by one of the most friendly and courteous (not to mention drop-dead gorgeous) creature I had the pleasure to talk to in a long time, plus she agreed to look at my watch. Over the years and many trips to the jewelry store to have letters replaced along with batteries and complete insides, I can say my watch is still as good as new.
I can't thank this employee enough for keeping my watch working as you can not buy one now. The employees at Glenn Fisher Jewelry are by far the most pleasant and professional people that I have ever dealt with.
